As part of this strategy, OTL sought to expand into larger warehouse facilities and approached 2h Storage for assistance in finding suitable new premises. We gladly collaborated with OTL, visiting multiple sites to assess their suitability and design layouts to maximize storage capacity and operational efficiency.
OTL aimed to partner with a supplier to deliver a comprehensive warehouse fitout project from concept to completion. Once we selected the appropriate location, we entered full design mode for the entire fitout, including the following packages:
- Lighting design and installation
- Fire detection design and installation
- Intruder alarm design and installation
- Containment and distribution design and installation
- Data cabling design and installation
- Door access design and installation
- Small power and equipment charging station design and installation
- Pallet racking design and installation
In just 9 weeks, 2h Storage Solutions transformed an empty shell with emergency lighting into a fully operational warehouse. Now, the warehouse contains approximately 8,000 pallet positions, with room for further expansion in the future.
